Headband - Elevate

Never had a chance to try the product. I actually sent the product back as soon as the package came and refused it at the post office. I had email correspondence with customer service about a cash back offer since what my cart was showing was drastically higher than the advertised price. I was assured I would receive cash back after my order. Later on, they told me it was already used and that cash back wouldn’t apply. I felt tricked into ordering in the first place. So I’d rather send the items back on principle alone. I’m not a fan of the customer service or lack thereof I received. It also was almost 3 weeks before it came.
