Excellent shirt, I have almost every color. They are long enough to feel comfy to wear working out or wearing it casually with jeans. Sleeves are definitely long enough, even a little big at the opening (warning those out there who are bothered by that sort of thing). I wore this shirt through an 8k outside on a cold November morning and it kept me comfortably warm with minimal sweating. Would definitely recommend.
