REFUNDS

Please read ALL of the following:

• Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of when your order is received.
• Items must be UNUSED and in perfect condition.  Please look over the item closely.
• Returns for store credit are FREE.
• Returns for refund to original payment method will be assessed a handling fee for the return shipping label.
• Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
• Constantly Varied Gear will not accept returns for custom or holiday themed tanks/tees. (i.e. Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th)
• There is no restocking fee for leggings, sports bras or shorts.
• There is a 20% restocking fee for shirts/tank orders totaling over $30.
• Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and that they would like a refund.

EXCHANGES

Please read ALL of the following:

• Items can be exchanged for an alternative size within 30 days of when your order was shipped out.  (During the holiday season we make exceptions beyond 30 days if items are unused.)
• Items must be UNUSED and in perfect condition.  Please look over the item closely.
• Exchanges are FREE.
  
• Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and the new size(s) they would like.
