Girls on the Run is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering young girls through a fun, experience-based curriculum that combines running with valuable life lessons.
This program focuses on key aspects of personal growth, including valuing relationships, developing independence and critical thinking, building inner strength through physical activity, and recognizing how we can shape the world at large.
Just as we at CVG aim to inspire individuals to push their limits and embrace their strength, Girls on the Run instills these same values in the next generation - helping them grow into confident, strong, and empowered individuals.
Girls on the Run provides funding and resources to communities to establish after-school running programs, offering elementary and middle school girls an opportunity to build confidence, develop life skills, and stay active in a supportive environment.

Miles in March is a CVG community-driven fitness challenge where every mile counts towards a shared mileage goal. And here's the best part: For every milestone we hit, CVG will donate to Girls on the Run!
