Medium - 5'8, 170, thick legs/glutes - These are fantastic. They stay in place all day - Once they are on, they don't move. I've never had leggings stay put like this. Plus the lining is fantastic. I wear them on cold morning hikes and I stay warm at the beginning and don't get too hot once I get moving. Highly recommend.
