This shirt is true to size & so soft & comfortable. I bought a large. I have a large frame, long torso, & long arms. Everything falls where is should. I can raise my arms over my head and my tummy does not hang out. The long sleeves go all the way down to my wrist. Normally I end up having three-quarter long sleeves because nobody seems to be able to make a long sleeve shirt for tall people. I definitely recommend the shirt.
