Yes, these are the leggings with everything you need, and nothing you don’t. I’m 5’3” and 95 pounds and the xs fit great, not baggy or saggy at all. Can’t wait to get another pair!!

They’re so tight in my calves and then kind of looser around the waist and the waist is really high. If I fold it down to make it not so high then they do not stay up. I can’t go down on a size because they are already so tight on my calves…
