Size was a bit big for my living but if I would have down sized would have been too small. Great for lifting if you aren't walking much. They don't like to stay up until you make some sweat to stick to. Running in them are kind of a headache just because I'm pulling them up almost the whole run. Comfy but wouldn't say a great work out legging. Gave it a 3 just because they fall down so much (as do my other pairs I bought)
