Absolutely love this ebook. I’m a trainer and fitness instructor and while I love creating content and routines for my clients, I just don’t have the time and energy to do the same for myself. This ebook came in and saved my morning workout routine. I teach school as my “real” job and can only devote 30-45 mins to my own personal workouts. This ebook is perfect for my needs. Getting Back to It
I hadn’t lifted in months and the thought of using my barbell was overwhelming. The minimal equipment workout has been a great way to get back into working out. It’s not complicated but still gets you to work hard and I love the modification levels so anyone can do it, no matter where your fitness level is.
