I'm larger chested and sometimes need to worry about size. I'm a 34 DDD and bought a large. Fits fantastic and of course I wear with my T-rex leggings and cause all the women in Pilates a good laugh. The fabric is light, breathable, and form flattering, which is rare with many tanks. I love it
