tl;dr CVG shorts are great, don't bother with the leggings :( I've purchased several pairs of the CVG shorts and love them all, so I decided to add some leggings to the collection. Unfortunately, the leggings are a big disappointment. I ordered my shorts size, but the leggings run smaller than the shorts, especially in the legs, which are super narrow(disappointing from a fitness-oriented brand) and the waistband is structured differently. The shorts have a wide, smooth, seamless waistband that is super comfortable, but the leggings have a seam + a narrow 1/2 inch elastic band at the top which pinches and is generally uncomfortable. (can't see this in the product pictures) Sending all the leggings I ordered back for a refund. :(
I love CVG’s workout gear. Fun colors and designs but what’s better is they have an amazing community of supportive people.

I love the design. The material certainly shines.. I find that it looks black, but with a blue shimmer, but sometimes a green one. (possibly just based on the light nearby). However, as with other shiny patterns (and presumably, materials), I felt that the sizing ran small. When compared to my matrix or t-rex leggings of the same size, the fit is certainly tighter. If you want to purchase a pair and are not right in the middle of the weight range, I'd suggest possibly sizing up to be safe.
