5ft 6 in 180 lbs, size medium 5 inch. I bought these as a last minute add on to an order and I am so glad I did! They have so many colors in them that go with many tops! I am training for a marathon and a 32 mile run...I have worn these for multiple training runs...and they are so comfortable ❤️
